Learn about our shipping policies and delivery options to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

In an effort to provide a wide variety of styles, colors and sizes, all orders are printed as they come in. We at Auntie Luck (and by "we" I mean me, my dogs, and the voices in my head) utilize various printers across the United States to deliver the best products as quickly as we can. Please allow 2-3 days for production of your item before it is shipped. Thank you for your patience and supporting small business!

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.

For holiday purchases made between November 1st and December 31st, returns are accepted until January 31st of the following year.

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in their original condition:

Unused and unworn
With original tags attached
In original packaging
Include all accessories and documentation

Return Process

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
Package your item securely with original packaging
Ship your return using the provided label. Please email the tracking information for the package to ensure delivery.
Receive confirmation once we process your return

Refunds & Processing

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. You will be refunded for the cost of the item; shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and providing tracking information when the item is returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made items
Perishable goods
Digital downloads
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale
Worn or damaged items
