We at Auntie Luck (and by "we" I mean me, my dogs, and the voices in my head) utilize various printers across the United States to deliver the best products as quickly as we can. Items must be returned in their original condition:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. You will be refunded for the cost of the item; shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and providing tracking information when the item is returned.
